Winter Solstice is a time to venture inwards, to rekindle our inner fires, and to cultivate unconditional compassion and healing towards ourselves and others.
It’s a time to give and receive equally. Come away from this community gathering with a sense of renewal, a remembering of what is meaningful to you during this time, and an integrated alignment of breath, heart, mind, and body.
